Pn10 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using pn10 services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out herein.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and pn10 and are subject to the laws enforced in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on pn10 (website and app accessible via pn10.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use pn10’s services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including guest visitors, registered users, and anyone interacting with pn10 services in any way. pn10 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed about any modifications.
2. Account Registration and Security
To fully use pn10 services, you must register an account providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. pn10 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- You must be 18 years or older to register and use the pn10 platform.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
- You must notify pn10 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Pn10 may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal requests.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Pn10 users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pn10:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt pn10’s system security.
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities.
- Sharing your account information or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Distributing illegal, offensive, or disruptive content to other users.
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the pn10 gaming or betting system.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, forfeiture of remaining balances, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the pn10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made through supported payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and online banking from major Malaysian banks.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated for each payment method. pn10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must meet the specified minimum limits.
For withdrawals, users must have completed account verification. Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to security checks. pn10 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform’s current policies.
- Any fees or charges imposed by banks or payment processors are the responsibility of the user.
- Pn10 reserves the right to request proof of funds verification for transactions exceeding certain limits.
- Any attempt to process transactions using fake or stolen financial information will be reported to authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The pn10 platform is provided "as is." pn10 does not guarantee the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet all user requirements. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pn10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming involve financial risks and pn10 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using the platform’s services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pn10 platform including logos, graphics, text, interface design, software code, and brand names are the exclusive property of pn10 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission from pn10.
Third-Party Links
The pn10 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. pn10 does not control third-party content and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.
6. Account Policies, Term Changes, and Applicable Laws
Account Suspension and Closure
Pn10 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior compromising platform security or integrity. In cases of closure due to violations, account balances may be forfeited depending on circumstances.
Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting pn10 support. Before closure, all eligible remaining withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures.
Term Changes
Pn10 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via notices on the platform or to their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes related to these terms or use of the pn10 platform should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
